Sean has 15 solid years of sales experience in which time he as mastered his skills in negotiations, contracts, client need analysis, proposals, and implementing solutions. He began his career at Xerox Corporation where he completed the renowned Xerox Sales Training Program and became a top producing Account Executive for 5 years.
In 1999, Sean decided to pursue his long time ambition of becoming a highly respected and successful Realtor. He joined Coldwell Banker in Los Gatos and initially teamed up with his sister, Shauna Shoop, who was already a highly successful Realtor in the area. Together as a team, Sean and Shauna were consistent top producers reaching Presidents Circle and Presidents Elite designations.
In 2006, Sean was selected to join a new highly respected company, Sereno Group located in Los Gatos. The Sereno Group is a locally owned company comprised of seasoned real estate professionals who were interested in working for a dynamic company with strong ties to the community.
